Continuous monitoring. Lean operations. Reliable data.
With SAİS cabinets, industrial-zone wastewater monitoring and SCADA solutions, we design, build and commission end-to-end monitoring, automation and reporting systems — from sensor to report, across water, wastewater and energy efficiency.

The parameters we continuously measure
The main wastewater parameters continuously measured in SAİS cabinets and industrial-zone monitoring systems, and what they mean.
pH value
Indicates the acid/base balance of water; sudden pH changes are often the first sign of a chemical discharge.
Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)
Measures the oxygen-equivalent load of organic and oxidizable pollutants in water; high COD means a high organic pollution load.
Total Suspended Solids (TSS)
Represents solid particles suspended in water; an early indicator of process leaks and rising turbidity.
Dissolved Oxygen (DO)
The amount of oxygen dissolved in water; a critical parameter for biological treatment efficiency and aquatic life.
Electrical Conductivity
Indicates the dissolved ion (salt and chemical) load in water; a rise in conductivity points to a chemical load.
Flow rate
The volume of water flowing per unit time; the basis for calculating the pollution load in a discharge.
Temperature
The wastewater temperature; an important parameter affecting biological treatment performance and measurement accuracy.
End-to-end engineering in industrial measurement
Using industrial products, we develop software- and hardware-based projects. We design, engineer, manufacture and commission our continuous wastewater monitoring solutions entirely in-house.
Our goal is to make plants' discharge and process data continuously visible, auditable and reliable. We support a shift from backward-looking methods — from manual sampling to periodic lab analysis — toward a real-time, preventive monitoring approach.

Questions on your mind
A SAİS cabinet is an online wastewater analysis cabinet that combines continuous flow measurement, automatic sampling, online wastewater analysis, reporting and remote monitoring in a single unit.
In organized industrial zones the discharge of different plants flows into a single receiving body. The system continuously monitors parameters such as pH, TSS, conductivity and flow per location, tracking the pollution load centrally.
Typically pH, COD (chemical oxygen demand), TSS (total suspended solids), dissolved oxygen, conductivity, flow and temperature are monitored; additional parameters can be added based on needs and regulations.
Thanks to modular, plug & play infrastructure, field installation and commissioning are fast; the duration depends on site conditions and measurement scope.
